What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and direct debit payments. For enterprise customers, we also offer invoice-based billing with flexible payment terms.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What's the difference between an Admin User and a Device User?
Think of Admin Users as your office team. They are office-based staff who access the system through the web portal. They manage workflows, generate reports, use the AI Assistant, configure integrations, process expenses, and with the right permissions create sales and purchase orders. These users are licensed individually at a per-person rate and don't require handheld scanners. Device Users are your warehouse staff: receivers, pickers, packers and counters who interact with the WMS through rugged scanners or mobile apps. They perform hands-on tasks like barcode scanning, FEFO-driven picking, cycle counting, and real-time inventory updates. Each physical device that connects to the system is counted as a Device User and licensed at a straightforward per-device rate.
